Sign in and open My Library → Support to start a private support conversation. Include the creator or release name, the issue, and the purchase date or receipt reference when relevant.
For membership changes, select Manage billing beside the relevant membership. Your billing portal lets you review the available membership and payment options.

Refunds, privacy & content reports
Read Refunds & Cancellation for payment issues. For a privacy request, identify the account and your request without sending passwords or payment card details. To report content or a rights concern, include the page URL and explain the issue.
Never include passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, or card security codes in support messages.
