Information we use

We process account and profile information you provide, creator submissions and uploaded content, membership and purchase records, support conversations, and activity needed to operate the service. Viewing preferences, follows, saved content, and playback activity may be stored to provide your library, access checks, and creator reporting.

Public creator profiles and published content are visible to visitors. Account, billing, and private support information are handled through the account and support services.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide streaming and paid access, manage billing and payouts, send account or service messages, answer support requests, investigate abuse, and maintain the platform. We also use content and playback records to provide library features and creator analytics.

Service providers & payments

We use service providers for website hosting, account and database services, video hosting, payments, and service email. These include Webflow, Supabase, Mux, Stripe, and Resend. They process the information needed to provide their respective services. YouTube-hosted videos use YouTube’s player and may be subject to its privacy practices.

Stripe handles payment card entry and processing. LoreRise receives payment and subscription references and status information needed to provide access and support; full payment card numbers and card security codes are not stored in LoreRise’s application database.

Cookies, storage & your choices

Browser cookies and local storage may be used to maintain sign-in sessions, account preferences, and service operation. Embedded services may use their own cookies or storage. You can manage browser storage and cookies, although removing necessary storage may sign you out or affect features.

You can update supported profile and viewing settings in your account. Contact LoreRise Support to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. We may verify your identity and retain records required for payment reconciliation, disputes, security, or legal obligations.
