Terms of use and creator guidelines for LoreRise, operated by CerbTek LLC. Effective October 8, 2026.
The service
LoreRise lets audiences discover and stream creator content, follow creators, buy eligible digital access, and subscribe to creator memberships. Creators use the platform to publish and manage their work. The description and checkout for a particular offering explain its price and access.
Keep account information accurate and protect your credentials. Do not use another person’s account, bypass access controls, or misuse the platform.
Payments & access
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), with any applicable taxes shown before payment. Monthly creator memberships renew until canceled. A membership applies to the selected creator and eligible content, rather than every creator on the platform. One-time purchases are separate from recurring memberships unless the offering says otherwise.
See Refunds & Cancellation for cancellation, delivery, and refund requests. Paid streaming access grants personal viewing permission; it does not grant ownership or permission to copy, sell, or distribute the content.
Creator guidelines
Publish only content you own or have permission to use, including visuals, music, voice performances, names, and other protected material. Represent releases and benefits accurately. Do not publish unlawful content, impersonate others, infringe rights, or manipulate payments or platform activity.
Provide accurate release information, audience ratings, and content warnings. LoreRise may restrict or remove content or account access for abuse, unlawful activity, rights concerns, or violations of these guidelines. Payment and payout access may also depend on account verification and payment-provider requirements.
Content restrictions & service availability
Observe the audience restrictions and warnings shown on releases. Adult-rated content requires the platform’s adult-viewing eligibility checks. Service access can be interrupted for maintenance, processing, security review, or provider outages. Contact Support if a paid release cannot be accessed.
